Join a dynamic company in the IT sector, based in Casablanca. As an HR Assistant, your role will be essential in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations.
Actively contribute to the administrative and operational management of staff, ensure rigorous follow-up of files, and participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Your main tasks will include:
You will also be called upon to provide support on various tasks related to human resources management.
You hold a degree at Bac +3 level, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.
A first professional experience, lasting between 1 and 3 years, in a similar role has allowed you to develop your skills.
This position is for an organized, rigorous person with excellent interpersonal skills. Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) is essential. You are known for your discretion, reliability, and ability to work in a team. Knowledge of HR management software would be a plus.
