Job :

As part of the Human Resources Department, you will support the HR team for a 3-month temporary mission, by participating in high-value HR development projects for the organization.

Your main tasks:

• Participate in the deployment of the skills dictionary.

• Contribute to updating and structuring the job description repository.

• Ensure the entry, organization, and reliability of HR data related to the project.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and uniformity of HR repositories.

• Provide operational support to the HR team for assigned projects.

Required profile :

• Graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Human Resources, including internships, is a plus.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• You are rigorous, organized, reliable, and attentive to the quality of work produced.

• Good level of French, both written and spoken.
