Job :

GENERAL MISSION

The versatile educational assistant is responsible for supporting students from waking up until bedtime, ensuring their safety, punctuality, and discipline within the premises.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Supervise students during breaks, lunch breaks, and during their arrivals and departures;
• Accompany students to the Health Center and sports training venues;
• Oversee student activities and intervene when necessary;
• Supervise students' wake-up and morning preparation for morning activities;
• Report incidents that occur in the dormitory to the general dormitory supervisor;
• Ensure compliance with group living rules;
• Participate in monitoring student attendance and behavior on campus, including in the dormitory;
• Report absences to the external affairs supervisor;
• Ensure compliance with the internal regulations of the dormitory and the Lydex of Rabat in general;
• Participate in the organization and implementation of the establishment's educational, training, and social activities: National Anthem, class entry and exit, study hall supervision, etc…
• Assist teaching staff in supervising homework sessions;
• Assist the general supervisor in administrative tasks;
• Assist students in preparing medical files and coordinate with internal services;
• Participate in the organization and management of the school year start;
• Participate in the preparation and organization of the Lydex of Rabat council meetings;
• Provide on-call duty within the dormitory;
• Participate in animating students' cultural and artistic life;
 

Required profile :

PROFILE

• Diploma of at least Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with a specialization in education;
• Previous experience in the educational field is desirable;
• Proficiency in computer tools (office suite);
• Good command of spoken and written French, English would be an asset;
• First aid training would be desirable.
