Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, your main tasks are:
· Prepare and carry out audit missions as defined in the annual audit plan,
· Evaluate and strengthen the Foundation's internal control system (analysis and review of procedures, identification and assessment of risks, etc.),
· Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory constraints,
· Ensure adherence to the working methodology and existing procedures while monitoring updates,
· Identify any malfunctions, propose recommendations, and ensure their follow-up and implementation,
· Prepare audit reports and summaries of the work carried out on the various missions,
· Participate in the work of the internal audit department,
· Participate in the development of the work program and test program,
· Check the reliability and integrity of the foundation's financial and operational information.
Technical skills:
· Good knowledge of organization, finance, purchasing management, taxation, accounting, law, and HR, as well as audit approaches and tools,
· Good command of computer tools,
· Good command of the French language (written and oral expression).
Behavioral skills:
· Team spirit,
· Analytical and synthesis skills,
· Adaptability, responsiveness, and critical thinking,
· Autonomy, rigor, and involvement,
· Interpersonal and listening skills,
· Knowledge of the microcredit sector would be appreciated.
Other requirements:
· Travel to agencies represents 50% to 60% of the time,
· CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) would be a plus.
