Job :

• Ensure the administrative follow-up of orders and customer files.
• Enter, check, and update information in internal systems.
• Ensure the follow-up of orders from registration to delivery.
• Prepare and track administrative and commercial documents related to sales.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, billing, and other relevant departments.
• Respond to customer requests and follow up on complaints or any issues.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up with different contacts, and ensure smooth information flow.
• Check the conformity of data and documents before transmission.
• Prepare reports and ensure the updating of tracking sheets.
• Participate in the improvement of sales administration / Back Office processes.

Required profile :

• Associate's degree (Bac+2) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Management, Sales Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Some experience in Back Office, Sales Administration, or Customer Service is desired.
• Very good command of French and English, both written and spoken.
• Good command of Excel and office tools.
• Organizational skills and rigor in file management.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various contacts.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Team spirit, responsiveness, and customer service orientation.
