Business Analyst - Asset Investment (H/F) - Casablanca

For one of our projects, we are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst - Asset Investment (H/F).
 

Job :

Your mission will be:

• To collect, challenge, estimate, and formalize the requirements and macro-features / user stories of the solution
• To model and propose simplifications for business processes and management rules, and justify these planned changes
• To identify impacts on cross-functional processes and guide business users in their choices
• To harmonize processes with the goal of implementing a target architecture across the entire group
• To ensure the coherence of directions regarding the Group's strategy and developments in its field
• To ensure the Group's strategy is reflected in its business IT domain
• To identify, evaluate, and manage risks and changes that may impact its domain (environmental, technological, legal, or competitive)
• To initiate and drive change, enabling stakeholders to become more efficient throughout the IT value chain
• To persuade, negotiate, and gain stakeholder buy-in for strategic choices in its domain
• To provide the best solution to highly complex problems presented to them
• To participate in decision-making bodies within its scope of action
• To fulfill its duty to alert stakeholders in its domain and escalate when necessary.
• To ensure staying up-to-date in its area of expertise through significant monitoring of the latest trends (Agile, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence...)
• To observe, analyze, propose, and lead technological and scientific developments in its IT field of intervention

Required profile :

• Higher education degree (Bac +5), with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the banking/insurance sector, or in a consulting/audit firm.
• Solid first experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking or insurance sectors.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting would be a real asset.
• Proficiency and experience in an Agile environment, and comfort with the associated roles and rituals.
• A good level of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Good command of Excel is also expected, especially in advanced functions, pivot tables (TCD), data reconciliation, and analysis...
• A curious, proactive, and motivated person, with a strong ability to learn and a real desire to quickly develop skills.
