Job :

As part of strengthening our IT infrastructure and resilience activities, we are looking for a Business Continuity & Datacenter Governance Expert to manage business continuity systems and datacenter governance.

As a senior expert, you will be responsible for identifying critical services, defining business recovery strategies, and maintaining compliance and operational governance requirements. You will work independently in strategic, high-criticality environments.

 RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES

Business Continuity & IT Resilience

• Manage and maintain the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) system.
• Identify critical business processes and services.
• Define recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) and restoration priorities.
• Design and update Business Recovery Plans (DRP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Ensure the management of recovery procedures, escalation chains, and communication plans in crisis situations.

Recovery Tests and Exercises

• Plan and coordinate business recovery exercises.
• Supervise the execution of DRP/BCP tests.
• Formalize results, analyze deviations, and manage corrective action plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the resilience system.

Datacenter Governance

• Oversee datacenter governance activities.
• Monitor infrastructure capacity and anticipate evolution needs.
• Ensure compliance with physical and logical access control rules.
• Guarantee monitoring of site environmental conditions (power, cooling, security, supervision).
• Prepare and support compliance and governance audits.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure the application of business continuity requirements and reference standards, particularly ISO 22301.
• Produce indicators, dashboards, and governance reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams.
• Participate in governance and operational monitoring committees.

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree / Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or critical infrastructure governance.
• Significant experience in complex production environments or managed services.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) methodologies.
• Solid experience in designing and managing Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• Good knowledge of resilience and continuity standards, especially ISO 22301.
• Expertise in datacenter governance: capacity, access management, environmental monitoring, and compliance.
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and IT service management.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery strategies in Cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Experience with DRP orchestration tools such as Zerto or VMware SRM.
• Security or governance certifications (CISSP, CISM).
