As part of the development of our activities for the Orange Group, we are looking for a senior profile to support business process transformation and optimization projects.
The mission involves analyzing and reconstructing processes from existing documentation, identifying improvement opportunities, and exploring new uses of GenAI and agentic AI.
The profile will act as an interface between business, IT, and AI teams, with a focus on change management and adoption support.
The missions are carried out close to clients in France, with travel to be expected based on project needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze and model business processes, particularly in ITSM / Incident Management contexts.
- Exploit heterogeneous documentary sources to reconstruct a business process.
- Identify stakeholders, activities, business rules, dependencies, and decision points.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or contradictions in documentation.
- Conduct interviews with business experts to complete and validate the analysis.
- Identify opportunities for using GenAI and agentic AI.
- Use LLMs to analyze and structure documentary corpora.
- Contribute to the extraction of stakeholders, actions, rules, and relationships, and to the generation of initial process representations.
- Contribute to RAG approaches or other solutions for leveraging documentary knowledge.
- Maintain a human validation process for AI-generated results.
- Contribute to the scoping of use cases and POCs.
- Participate in change management and the adoption of new solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Required profile :
Higher education in Engineering, Management, Business School, or equivalent. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Process, Transformation, or a related field.
The target is a senior business/process consultant with practical experience in GenAI, capable of analyzing complex information, reconstructing a process from heterogeneous sources, and exploring the benefits of agentic approaches.
Skills sought:
Business / Process:
- BPMN or equivalent modeling method.
- Process analysis and understanding.
- Knowledge of ITSM / Incident Management is appreciated.
- Ability to interview and challenge business experts.
Document analysis:
- Ability to search, structure, and synthesize information.
- Identification of business rules and structuring elements.
- Ability to detect missing information, inconsistencies, and contradictions.
- Ability to transform heterogeneous documents into a structured process representation.
GenAI:
- Practical experience using LLMs for document analysis.
- Understanding of RAG and agentic AI approaches.
- Ability to leverage AI to extract and structure knowledge.
- Sensitivity to human validation, quality, and reliability of AI results.
