Job :

As part of strengthening the purchasing function, we are recruiting a Purchasing Manager specialized in indirect purchasing and operations via SAP.

Main tasks:
Manage indirect purchases: maintenance, IT, services, consumables, etc.
Process purchase requests and orders via SAP
Identify, qualify, and track indirect suppliers
Negotiate commercial conditions (price, deadlines, contracts, service quality)
Ensure order tracking until reception and validation
Manage disputes and billing discrepancies in coordination with accounting
Monitor supplier performance (cost, deadline, service quality)
Contribute to cost optimization and rationalization of the supplier panel
Ensure compliance of purchasing processes and internal procedures
Participate in purchasing reports and dashboards

Required profile :

Profile sought:
Education: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in purchasing, logistics, management, or commerce
Experience: 1 to 3 years in indirect purchasing or industrial environment
Mandatory proficiency in SAP (purchasing module / MM appreciated)
Good knowledge of indirect and service purchasing processes
Skill in negotiation and supplier management
Good command of Excel and reporting tools
Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
