We are looking for a rigorous and versatile Administrative and Financial Officer to join our Support team. You will be responsible for accounting, financial management, HR administration, as well as purchasing and logistics. You will work closely with the Support Director and be involved in various tasks within a demanding and regulated environment.
Job :
Maintain general accounting in accordance with Moroccan Chart of Accounts (SdB) and IFRS standards and produce reliable financial information;
Perform bank and accounting reconciliations and follow up on the clearance of suspense accounts with back offices;
Analyze accounts and prepare monthly and annual summary statements;
Prepare tax and social declarations in compliance with legal deadlines;
Ensure HR administration: payroll preparation, social declarations, certificates, etc.;
Manage the purchasing function: consultations, orders, supplier relationship management;
Participate in internal controls and assist internal and external auditors;
Assist the Support Director
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Accounting, Finance, or Management;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a stock brokerage firm, bank, or regulated financial environment;
Proficiency in Moroccan accounting standards (ideally SdB) and IFRS, tax and social law;
Good knowledge of accounting software (ideally Sage) and the Office suite (advanced Excel is a plus);
Rigor, organization, autonomy, and analytical skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional discretion;
