Join a major player in the electricity sector in Casablanca as a Production Manager. This mission involves driving operational excellence within a dynamic and demanding industrial environment.

The main goal is the continuous optimization of manufacturing flows while ensuring a high level of industrial performance. Success in this role is measured by the ability to maintain optimal productivity while strictly adhering to quality standards, current safety regulations, and the sustainability of maintenance tools.

Daily responsibilities include managing teams and key performance indicators to ensure the smooth operation of production lines. The tasks are as follows:

• Plan and coordinate manufacturing activities, meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Supervise the rigorous implementation of quality and safety procedures on site.
• Ensure operational monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment.
• Lead field teams to foster continuous improvement and technical problem-solving.
• Analyze production data to propose solutions for resource optimization.

Required profile :

A higher education degree of Master's level (Bac +5) or higher is required to join this strategic position.

Proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar industrial environment is necessary to successfully meet these challenges.

Mastery of the challenges related to industrial electricity is essential. Strong skills in project management and a pragmatic approach are expected for success in this role:
