Job :
Your main tasks:
Quality and continuous improvement
Perform regular checks of different departments and identify malfunctions.
Ensure the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions in coordination with the relevant managers.
Receive and process patient complaints, ensure their follow-up, and propose improvement actions.
Measure patient satisfaction through satisfaction surveys and manage improvement plans.
Calculate, analyze, and track QHSE indicators.
Prepare monthly reports and present the results to the Management Committee.
Participate in certification and continuous improvement processes.
Document management system
Participate in the writing, updating, and evolution of QHSE procedures and documents.
Ensure the deployment of procedures and monitor their proper application.
Conduct internal training on procedures and best practices.
Ensure the compliance of the document system, traceability, and adherence to processes.
Monitor the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (OHS & HSE)
Participate in the implementation of regulatory requirements for Health, Safety, and Environment.
Lead actions to prevent occupational and environmental risks.
Monitor dosimetry:
ensure dosimeters are assigned to new employees;
check the results transmitted by the CNRP monthly;
ensure compliance with dosimeter usage rules.
Implement actions to prevent Blood Exposure Accidents (BEA) and conduct awareness sessions.
Participate in investigations following workplace accidents and ensure follow-up of action plans.
Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency plans.
Ensure the effectiveness of fire prevention systems.
Participate in the development and implementation of the HSE training plan.
Lead and manage the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (OHSC).
Update OHS and environmental risk analyses.
Exercise a duty to report any potential risk related to safety or the environment.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Risk Management, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QHSE, ideally in the healthcare sector.
Good knowledge of quality management systems and HSE regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in office software and performance indicators.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, and a focus on continuous improvement.
