Job :

Ensure the implementation of food safety systems within LC

Job Activities:

• Monitoring and improvement of food safety management systems according to FSSC 22000, EFISC, HALAL standards,
• Customer audit management
• Management and follow-up of customer complaints
• Response and reactivity to customer requests (questionnaire, referencing, documentation)
• Monitoring of continuous improvement (supplier complaints, findings, non-conforming product reports)
• Execution of field actions and audits of prerequisite programs at the workshop level (monitoring staff hygiene, cleaning of premises, condition of infrastructure in accordance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards).
• Monitoring of action plans and effectiveness measurement.
• Conducting hygiene awareness and good manufacturing practice training.
• Implementation of GMPs and associated SOPs
• Support and monitoring of pest control service provider.
• Establish reporting for monitoring prerequisite programs.
• Establishment of dashboards and improvement summaries
• QM Interface: training of new hires, monitoring of improvement actions, monitoring of documentary updates.
• Sanitation and updating of work procedures on QM
• Monitoring of action plans for commercial agencies and external depots
• Monitoring of internal audit planning
• Conducting internal food safety management system audits

Required profile :

Profile sought: Education and Experience:
 

• Bac+5 degree in specialized Food Safety Engineering
• • More than 2 years
• Mastery of food safety regulations
• Mastery of ISO22000, ISOTS22002 standards and FSSC22000 additional requirements
