Join our dynamic team in the Automobile / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector in Marrakech as a Cashier. This is an ideal opportunity to use your skills and grow within a recognized company.
Your role will be central to the customer experience, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions. The goal is to guarantee customer satisfaction while contributing to the operational efficiency of the point of sale.
Your main tasks will include:
- Welcoming customers and managing financial transactions (cash collection, giving change).
- Verifying and checking cash tills at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Processing payments by bank card, cash, and other payment methods.
- Handling any transaction disputes professionally and courteously.
- Participating in stock inventory and product shelf stocking.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Required profile :
To excel in this role, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year associate's degree) is required, ideally in a specialization in Sales / Commercial / Export.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is highly desired. This will allow you to be quickly operational and understand the challenges of the job.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who is meticulous and reliable. Key skills include:
- Mastery of cashier techniques and common banking operations.
- Proficiency with computer tools and cashier software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of customers.
- Sense of organization and precision.
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
