Job :

• Welcome customers with courtesy and ensure smooth checkout.
• Record items accurately at the checkout and give the receipt to the customer, thanking them.
• Report refund requests (to the manager and/or their assistant)
• Reconcile payments made on the cash register system and on card terminals
• Perform daily closing procedures
• Sort and file the different receipts (merchant copy from card terminal, total payments, and daily closing report) and ensure they are given to the line manager at the end of each month
• Occasionally participate in keeping the checkout area clean
   

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac+2) or higher required
Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
Customer service skills, pleasant demeanor, and good communication abilities
Good command of checkout systems
Accuracy, organization, and reliability
