Job :

Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Department, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring the collection of customer payments
Receiving payments from account customers and ensuring their processing
Preparing and monitoring daily bank deposits
Maintaining and tracking the cash journal (receipts and expenses)
Performing daily cash closings and ensuring the accuracy of balances
Managing cash expenses in compliance with internal procedures
Ensuring the transmission of accounting documents to accounting

Required profile :

 

  • Bac+2 (2-year post-secondary degree) in accounting, management, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of cash register tools and payment systems.
  • Rigor and organizational skills for precise financial flow management.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation for a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Good presentation and clear oral expression.
  • Knowledge of the specifics of the automotive sector would be a plus
