Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Department, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the collection of customer payments
Receiving payments from account customers and ensuring their processing
Preparing and monitoring daily bank deposits
Maintaining and tracking the cash journal (receipts and expenses)
Performing daily cash closings and ensuring the accuracy of balances
Managing cash expenses in compliance with internal procedures
Ensuring the transmission of accounting documents to accounting
