Job :

Location: RABAT

Reporting to the Administrative & Financial Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the collection of customer payments
  • Receiving payments from account customers and processing them
  • Preparing and monitoring daily bank deposits
  • Maintaining and tracking the cash journal (receipts and expenses)
  • Performing daily cash closings and ensuring the accuracy of balances
  • Managing cash expenses in compliance with internal procedures
  • Ensuring the transmission of accounting documents to the accounting department

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Bac+2 (2-year higher education) in accounting, management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Good command of basic accounting principles
  • Comfortable with computer tools (Excel, management software)
  • Good ability to handle cash and manage cashier operations

  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Responsiveness and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
