Your mission:

As an Insurance Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:
• Responding to and assisting customers receiving calls
• Building a trusting relationship with policyholders
• Following up on the client portfolio
• Identifying needs and proposing complementary contracts or services
• Contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handling different requests and situations professionally

Required profile :

The profile we are looking for:

• An excellent level of French
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good argumentation skills and a commercial flair
• Good listening and analysis skills
• Knowledge of insurance products (desired)
• The ability to handle difficult situations and clients
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus
