Category Manager M/F - Tit Mellil

Company :

For our industrial subsidiary, we are looking for a Category Manager.

Reporting to the Sales/Marketing Department, your mission will be to manage and develop your product category, ensuring commercial performance, sales growth, and profitability within your scope.

Job :

• Define and implement the category development strategy in line with company goals;
• Analyze category performance, market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive environment;
• Identify growth opportunities and propose appropriate action plans;
• Manage the product assortment, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategy for the category;
• Work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, supply chain, and finance teams;
• Monitor performance indicators and provide regular reports to management;
• Contribute to new product launches and the optimization of the existing offering;
• Conduct market research to anticipate changes and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Category Management, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, or a similar commercial role;
• Experience in an industrial / FMCG / consumer goods environment would be an asset;
• Good command of commercial data analysis and reporting tools;
• Analytical mindset, business orientation, and ability to translate analysis into concrete action plans;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different departments;
• Autonomy, organization, and sense of priority.
