Our recent achievements:

Nothing less than the largest furniture stores in Morocco. With a multitude of stores already under our belt, we plan to unveil more openings in 2024 in Casablanca, Kénitra, Laayoune, and Tétouan. Job :

As part of our development, we are recruiting a Category Manager who will be responsible for driving the commercial performance and profitability of a portfolio of product categories.

Acting as a true conductor of their universe, they will define the category strategy based on market analysis, customer expectations, and business objectives. They will work closely with the Purchasing, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams to develop an attractive, differentiating, and high-performing offer.

Category Strategy Definition
Develop the category development strategy.
Define sales, margin, and growth objectives.
Identify development and innovation opportunities.
Build the medium and long-term vision for their area.
Offer Management and Optimization
Build and manage product assortments.
Define permanent and seasonal ranges.
Identify products to launch, develop, or withdraw.
Ensure the coherence and relevance of the offer.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
Conduct market studies and competitive analyses.
Monitor consumer trends and purchasing behaviors.
Identify innovation and growth opportunities.
Performance Management
Monitor commercial and financial performance indicators.
Analyze sales, margins, and profitability.
Identify growth levers and implement appropriate action plans.
Pricing and Profitability
Define and manage the pricing strategy for categories.
Optimize price positioning.
Participate in the implementation of promotional operations.
Ensure margin optimization.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Purchasing teams for product sourcing and selection.
Participate in the development of marketing plans and product launches.
Contribute to merchandising and retail projects.
Support omnichannel and e-commerce development.


Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Business, Management, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in Category Management, Product Marketing, or Purchasing.
Experience desired in retail, furniture, decoration, or mass distribution.
Strong commercial and marketing knowledge.
Excellent analytical skills.
