Job :

• Ensure the management, updating, and follow-up of the litigation portfolio on the Group's tools (LS and PLAZZA).
• Create and update summary sheets for litigation files.
• Monitor the evolution of files, identify won or lost cases, and ensure associated reporting.
• Conduct legal and jurisprudential monitoring, particularly in Moroccan law, and feed the legal databases.
• Represent Orange Morocco during judicial expertise, investigations, and hearings before the competent courts.
• Ensure the representation of the company with administrative and judicial authorities.
• Receive, analyze, and process litigation correspondence while ensuring its follow-up in the management tools.
• Ensure the defense of Orange Morocco's interests in litigation and contentious procedures.

Required profile :

• Academic background: Master's degree in Litigation Law.
• Good knowledge of current Laws & Legislations regarding Litigation Law.
• Professional experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
