As part of the development of our business, we are looking for an IT Tender Officer to join our team

 

Job :

Your main responsibilities:
Ensure daily monitoring of tender platforms (public and private) corresponding to the company's target markets.
Identify and analyze opportunities based on technical, administrative, and financial criteria.
Prepare and assemble application files (administrative and technical) in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.
Write, check, and consolidate the administrative documents necessary for each offer, ensuring their full compliance.
Coordinate internal validation of technical and administrative elements before submission.
Guarantee the quality, compliance, and completeness of the submitted files within the given deadlines.
Ensure follow-up of the procedure until contracting, in liaison with internal teams and potential partners.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Business Administration, Law, Management, or Commerce, or a related field.
A minimum of one (1) year of successful experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
Good knowledge of public and private market tender procedures.
