Job :

As part of the development of its Commercial Department, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of "Customer Service Officer" in the city of Dakhla. The responsibilities will be:

- Manage and develop a client portfolio and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.

- Advise clients on the products sold by the bank.

- Propose products that meet customer expectations,

- Prospect for new clients to develop and expand their portfolio,

- Build customer loyalty.


Required profile :

- Holds a Master's degree or equivalent from a university, business school, or other (Master's degree/BAC+5);
- Possesses excellent spoken and written French skills;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participative products.
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt and learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage stress.
