Job :

To strengthen its Commercial Department, Bank Assafa is recruiting for the position of Account Manager in Rabat, who will be responsible for:

- Welcoming customers and managing daily operations.

- Processing counter transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency exchange...)

- Handling the opening and closing of the day's business.

- Managing the counter's client portfolio and selling the bank's products,

- Handling the opening and closing of the day's business.

- Guiding customers to the appropriate department based on their needs and contributing to achieving the agency's objectives.

Required profile :

Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university or business school (BAC+3);
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Good listening and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to adapt and learn;
- Time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage stress.
