Joining a dynamic company in the Construction / Civil Engineering sector in Casablanca means entering a demanding environment where rigor and expertise are the pillars of success. As a Payroll Officer, a central role in human resources management awaits a methodical person to orchestrate remuneration processes.
The main goal is to ensure the reliability and punctuality of payroll production while strictly complying with current legal and social regulations. This mission aims to build trust within teams through impeccable handling of social data and proactive management of individual employee files.
As part of this role, daily tasks revolve around diverse and essential missions for the smooth operation of the organization:
- Collect and check variable payroll elements for all employees.
- Prepare payslips in strict accordance with the end-of-month schedule.
- Manage social declarations and relations with social protection organizations.
- Ensure administrative follow-up of arrivals and departures, including contracts and certificates.
- Participate in optimizing personnel management tools to increase operational efficiency.
Required profile :
To be considered for this position, a higher education qualification of Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year associate degree) is required, with a strong specialization in HR, personnel management, or training.
Confirmed professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is essential to quickly master the specifics related to the construction sector.
Proficiency in payroll software is a crucial asset, as is a good understanding of social legislation. Beyond technical skills, certain personal qualities make the difference:
