Job :
We are looking for, on behalf of our client, an IT Project Manager to support the monitoring and evolution of its information system.
Your main tasks:
- Ensure operational monitoring of business applications and coordinate incident resolution.
- Gather user needs and manage application developments.
- Design and develop dashboards using Power BI and perform SQL queries.
- Identify opportunities for digitalization and process automation.
- Ensure coordination between business teams, service providers, and IT solution publishers.
Required profile :
- Higher education in IT, information systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good command of Power BI and SQL.
- Experience in IT project management and business application monitoring.
- Experience in retail or distribution is highly desirable.
- Autonomy, analytical skills, curiosity, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to propose solutions.
