Job :
- Develop and manage sourcing strategies via LinkedIn
- Identify, approach, and qualify relevant candidates
- Follow up on applications and conduct regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with business teams to understand recruitment needs
- Conduct technical discussions to assess candidate understanding and expertise level
Required profile :
Ideal profile sought :
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques
- Good knowledge of the automotive, railway, and aerospace sectors
- Experience with technical profiles: engineering, embedded software, systems, embedded electronics
Expected skills :
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Mastery of direct candidate sourcing techniques
- Good knowledge of the French job market
