To strengthen its teams, our client, based in Bouskoura and operating in the medical devices sector, is hiring a:
Tender Officer
We are looking for a candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience in managing tenders, ideally with good knowledge of public markets.
Main tasks:
• Prepare and complete tender documents;
• Ensure the submission of bids via the Public Procurement Portal;
• Track files and market statuses;
• Follow up on deliveries, invoicing, and debt collection;
• Manage and follow up on administrative guarantees;
• Ensure the filing and archiving of documents;
• Ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines related to tenders.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac+3/Bac+5) in management, commerce, administration, or equivalent;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Good command of tender procedures and the Public Procurement Portal;
• Experience in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector is a plus;
• Rigor, organization, responsiveness, and excellent follow-up skills.
