Job :

ANSAMBLE Maroc, a subsidiary of the OCS Group, is a player in collective catering in Morocco recruiting a Regional HSE Officer to support its various sites in the Casablanca region.

Job missions

Reporting to the HSE Department, your main missions will be:

• Deploy and ensure the application of HSE policy and procedures on the various sites in the region.
• Carry out HSE visits, inspections, and audits on sites.
• Identify risks and propose appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure the follow-up of HSE action plans and ensure their implementation.
• Raise awareness and train teams on best practices in hygiene, safety, and environmental matters.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules at the sites.
• Participate in the analysis of incidents and work accidents and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions.
• Monitor HSE indicators and prepare regional reports.
• Support site managers in the continuous improvement of HSE performance.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures.
• Carry out regular travel to the various sites in the region.
   

Required profile :

We are looking for a professional with proven experience as an HSE Officer, ideally in the collective catering, agri-food sector, or in an environment with high hygiene and safety requirements.

Profile sought

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in HSE, QHSE, Health-Safety-Environment, Agri-food.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in an HSE role.
• Experience in collective catering, agri-food, or the food industry is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, safety, and food safety standards and rules.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability for regular travel to different sites.
