Within the Purchasing and Logistics department, the role of General Services and Logistics Officer is essential to ensure the smooth and secure operation of activities across the entire network. Under the supervision of the Head of Purchasing and General Services, this position is at the heart of the company's technical strategy.
The main objective is to manage investment projects and technical maintenance activities while strictly adhering to current standards and procedures. The mission also aims to ensure perfect control over the administrative and financial monitoring of these operations to guarantee service continuity at the sites.
The daily work involves proactive infrastructure management, with diverse responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor investment projects and maintenance operations, respecting deadlines and allocated budgets.
- Organize and oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring on technical, administrative, and financial levels for each project undertaken.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a technical field is required, with a specialization in electrical engineering, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), or building management.
At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role is necessary, ideally gained within a banking institution or a demanding multi-site environment.
The desired candidate possesses confirmed technical expertise, combined with strong organizational skills:
- Solid skills in electricity, air conditioning/HVAC systems, and building management.
- Mastery of safety standards related to public access buildings.
- Proven ability to manage technical emergencies and make decisions under time constraints.
- Proficiency with office software and experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tool.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with service providers, and thoroughness in operational follow-up.
