Your role will be crucial in supporting HR teams and finding future talents who will shape our success. You will actively participate in optimizing our recruitment and human resources management processes, bringing your energy and ideas.

• Participate in defining and implementing the recruitment strategy.
• Write and publish job offers on various channels.
• Source candidates and conduct telephone pre-qualifications.
• Organize and conduct recruitment interviews.
• Follow up on applications and manage the candidate database.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR projects (training, onboarding, talent management).
• Provide administrative support to HR teams.

You will interact with operational managers to understand their recruitment needs and propose the most relevant profiles.

Required profile :

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the medical equipment sector or in a demanding environment, will be highly appreciated.

• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and listening skills to understand the needs of candidates and managers.
• Rigor and reliability in file management.
• Adaptability and proactivity.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, HRIS).
• Good command of the French language, both spoken and written.
