Job :
Reporting to the technical support department, your role is to ensure the maintenance, reliability, and availability of equipment and assets by meeting objectives in terms of cost, hygiene, quality, and safety.
Position:
- Ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance program
- Ensure corrective/Improvement/Preventive/Proactive maintenance.
- Report malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage external service providers.
- Actively participate in departmental projects.
- Monitor the condition of assets through regular, effective, and documented rounds and diagnostics.
- Formalize the technical needs specific to the activity and those of operations
- Effectively handle internal customer and store neighborhood complaints in a timely manner
- Monitor the technical expense fund.
- Coordinate with the construction team for all work.
- Oversee and receive new construction and remodeling work.
- Contribute to budget development.
- Consolidate technician follow-ups and prepare weekly, monthly, or other reporting as needed.
- Recruit, coach, evaluate your team and ensure their skill development.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
DUT or BTS in electromechanics with 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a maintenance manager in the industry
