Join a dynamic player in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector as our Showroom Receptionist in Laayoune. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the customer experience from the very first contact within our establishment.
The main goal will be to embody our company's brand image, ensure an exceptional and smooth visitor experience, and actively participate in the operational management of the showroom to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks will be varied and essential to the smooth running of the showroom:
- Warmly welcome visitors and guide them effectively.
- Manage phone calls and physical and electronic correspondence.
- Ensure the maintenance and organization of the reception area and presentation rooms.
- Provide general administrative support to sales and management teams.
- Contribute to appointment management and schedule coordination.
- Participate in showcasing vehicles and the showroom space.
Required profile :
To be considered for this position, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in a field such as Sales, Commercial, or Export.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the commercial or service sector, will be a major asset for success in this function.
We are looking for someone with an excellent appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational abilities. The following skills are expected:
- Impeccable sense of welcome and customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite).
- Discretion, rigor, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactivity and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector would be a plus.
