Job :
- Ensure the administrative management of sales, from the order to the delivery of vehicles;
- Enter, track, and update customer orders in internal systems ;
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure the smooth running of sales ;
- Ensure follow-up of customer files (contracts, invoicing, registration, delivery, etc.) ;
- Monitor sales administration performance indicators and produce necessary reports.
Required profile :
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, commerce, or administration ;
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector ;
- Good command of office tools ;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail ;
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer focus.
