Job :

- Ensure the administrative management of sales, from vehicle order to delivery;
- Enter, track, and update customer orders in internal systems;
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations;
- Ensure follow-up of customer files (contracts, invoicing, registration, delivery, etc.);
- Monitor sales administration performance indicators and produce necessary reports. 

Required profile :

  • University degree (Bac+3/5) in management, commerce, or administration;
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector;
  • Good command of office tools;
  • Organized and rigorous;
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and customer focus.
