Our recent achievements:
In November 2023, we unveiled our new state-of-the-art store covering over 10,000 m² in our Viva Park center in Casablanca, with an investment of over 270 million dirhams. In April 2023, it was the turn of KITEA Géant Agadir to open its doors in our shopping center, covering over 42,000 m² of commercial space. The new generation of KITEA Géant? Nothing less than the largest furniture stores in Morocco. With a multitude of stores already to our name, we plan to unveil other openings in 2024 in Casablanca, Kénitra, Laayoune, and Tétouan. We have also expanded our international presence with openings in Kenya in 2022 and Ghana in 2023. We also have the largest logistics center in Morocco to support our growth and, in the same vein, our headquarters has doubled in size (from 1,000 m² to 2,000 m²).

Located in Casablanca, we are looking for an HR Administration Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a stimulating environment conducive to professional development.
The main objective of this role is to provide essential administrative support to the HR functions, ensuring the smooth running of processes and contributing to efficient and optimized personnel management. It is about ensuring that HR operations support the strategic objectives of the company.
Your responsibilities will include administrative follow-up of HR files, including submission and follow-up of files with the relevant organizations, as well as administrative management of work accidents, while providing support for the daily activities of the Human Resources department.
Main responsibilities
Personnel Administration
Prepare, file, and archive employee administrative files.
Ensure the updating of HR databases and employee files.
Collect and verify necessary administrative documents.
Administrative File Management
Prepare and submit files to external organizations (CNSS, insurance, inspections, etc.).
Ensure follow-up of files until their processing and closure.
Carry out necessary follow-ups with the relevant contacts.
Work Accident (WA) Follow-up
HR Support
Participate in various administrative tasks of the HR department.
Respond to employee information requests.
Contribute to the improvement of administrative procedures.
A Bac +2 level is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training.
Young graduate, a first experience (internship included) is a plus.
Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Sense of organization and administrative rigor.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Required qualities
