Job :

As part of strengthening the teams of our client, a recognized player in the medical equipment and devices sector, we are recruiting a Procurement Officer to ensure the availability of products and equipment necessary for the company's activity while optimizing deadlines, costs, and stock levels.

Your tasks:
• Analyze procurement needs according to sales forecasts and stock levels
• Issue and track supplier orders
• Ensure follow-up of delivery times and follow up with suppliers if necessary
• Anticipate risks of shortages and propose appropriate solutions
• Manage exchanges with local and international suppliers
• Control and optimize stock levels
• Participate in periodic inventories
• Coordinate import and transport operations with freight forwarders
• Ensure administrative follow-up of orders and update the ERP
• Prepare dashboards and track performance indicators
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:
• Associate's degree (Bac+2) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Management, or equivalent
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a procurement, logistics, or supply chain role
• Experience in importing technical products or equipment is a plus
• Good command of Excel and ERP tools
• Good knowledge of purchasing, import, and inventory management processes
• Good level of professional French and English
