Job :

Welcome visitors and clients in person and by phone;

Guide and inform callers;

Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant departments;

Process mail and perform various administrative tasks;

Ensure the good organization of the reception area.

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac+2) or equivalent minimum;

Previous experience in a call center or in the hotel industry as a receptionist is essential;

Excellent presentation and service-oriented;

Very good communication skills in French;

Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite) ;

Dynamic, organized, and with excellent interpersonal skills.
