Within our branch network, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an essential role in their satisfaction and loyalty.

Welcome and assist our clients

  • Offer a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.
  • Understand client needs and direct them to suitable solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth and quality customer experience at every interaction.

Support digital transformation

  • Raise awareness and assist clients in using the bank's digital services.
  • Promote innovative solutions and new digital journeys.
  • Actively participate in the adoption of digital tools in branches.

Perform routine banking operations

  • Carry out daily operations in compliance with procedures and quality requirements.
  • Respond effectively to common client requests.
  • Ensure the compliance and security of operations performed.

Contribute to commercial development

  • Identify commercial opportunities during client interactions.
  • Detect needs for savings, financing, insurance, or banking services.
  • Actively participate in achieving branch objectives.
     

Required profile :

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Commerce, Management, Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Customer Relations, or equivalent.
  • Recent graduates with high potential or candidates with initial experience.
  • Excellent presentation and oral expression skills.
  • Sense of service, rigor, teamwork, and proactivity.
