Within our network of branches, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an essential role in their satisfaction and loyalty.
Welcome and assist our clients
Offer a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.
Understand client needs and guide them to appropriate solutions.
Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience with every interaction.
Support digital transformation
Educate and assist clients in using the bank's digital services.
Promote innovative solutions and new digital processes.
Actively participate in the adoption of digital tools in the branch.
Handle everyday banking operations
Perform daily operations in compliance with procedures and quality requirements.
Respond effectively to common client requests.
Ensure the compliance and security of operations performed.
Contribute to business development
Identify business opportunities during interactions with clients.
Detect needs in savings, financing, insurance, or banking services.
Actively participate in achieving the branch's objectives.
Required profile :

Excellent presentation and oral expression skills.
Service-oriented, rigorous, team spirit, and proactive.
