We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring their satisfaction and developing customer relationships with the aim of loyalty.
Job :
- Welcome and assist clients (in person, by phone, by email)
- Identify needs and propose suitable solutions
- Manage client files (follow-up, reminders, updates)
- Ensure quality after-sales service
- Participate in sales activities and the promotion of services/products
- Collaborate with other internal departments to effectively respond to requests
Required profile :
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in commerce, management, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in French and Arabic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage stress and priorities
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, CRM, etc.)
