Join our dynamic team in the electronics sector! We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our branch in Casablanca. Your role will be essential in supporting our customers and strengthening our market presence.

Your main goal will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, build loyalty with our existing customers, and actively contribute to developing our client base. You will embody our company's values by offering quality, personalized service.

Your main tasks will include:

• Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Process orders, complaints, and returns in accordance with procedures.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions if necessary.
• Contribute to achieving set sales targets.

Required profile :

A 3-year university degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Sales / Trade / Export or a specialization in call centers.

1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is desired. Previous experience in the electronics sector would be a appreciated plus.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities, and a high capacity for adaptation. You have excellent spoken and written French skills. You are organized, proactive, and have a customer service mindset. Proficiency in basic computer tools is essential.
