Company :

Born from the desire to meet the economic, social, and development challenges of Morocco and Africa, the International University of Rabat (UIR), under contract with the Moroccan State, was founded in 2010 and has quickly established itself as a benchmark institution in higher education, recognized for its innovative model and international outlook, in line with the best standards of higher education and research.

With over 10,500 students, UIR offers a multidisciplinary range of training and research programs, notably covering Engineering (aerospace, automotive, energy, civil engineering, etc.), Computer Science and AI, Architecture, Health Sciences (medicine, dentistry, paramedical sciences, biomedical engineering), Human and Social Sciences (political science, law, communication, economics), and Management. It also supports companies and institutions in skills development through a diverse range of Executive training, Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, DU, certificate, and customized programs, in line with the challenges and transformations of Morocco's strategic sectors.

This commitment to excellence is reflected in major international accreditations and recognitions. UIR's engineering programs benefit from the accreditation of the Commission des titres d'ingénieur (CTI), as well as the European EUR-ACE® label and the American ABET accreditation, attesting to their compliance with European and international quality standards for engineering training. The University ranks among the best universities in the world, particularly in the prestigious THE World University Rankings, at 801-1000, as well as in the THE Impact Rankings - Sustainability, at 400-500.

Rabat Business School (RBS) now holds the three leading international management accreditations - AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA - and is ranked in the Top 10 worldwide by the Financial Times for its Masters in Management. This recognition makes RBS the first Business School in Morocco and French-speaking Africa to hold all three accreditations, and the fifth in Africa, a level of excellence achieved by less than 1% of Business Schools globally.

Innovation is also a major focus of its strategy. With nearly 794 patents filed, including 142 under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), UIR confirms its commitment to actively contributing to scientific production, innovation, and technological development in Morocco and Africa. Several innovations have been recognized with prestigious awards, notably at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva and the International Invention Fair in the Middle East.

Resolutely focused on the future, UIR is pursuing an ambitious development trajectory, driven by a multi-campus model, with the goal of reaching 41,000 students by 2040.

Joining UIR means contributing to a large-scale university project and developing in an environment driven by four fundamental values: Respect, Citizenship, Innovation, and Excellence.
