Job :

Reporting to the Director General, your main responsibilities will be:

1) Producing memos, analyses, and presentations

  • Prepare summary memos, briefings, and other documents as requested by the Director General.
  • Conduct research and gather necessary information to analyze existing or new topics.
  • Perform benchmarks or comparative research when needed.
  • Prepare institutional or thematic presentations.
  • Summarize information from various sources and present it clearly and in a structured manner.

2) Monitoring projects of the General Directorate

  • Keep track of the main projects, decisions, and actions of the General Directorate.
  • Monitor deadlines and actions to be taken.
  • Prepare regular updates on the progress of various subjects.
  • Identify pending actions or topics requiring the Director General's attention.
  • Ensure traceability of decisions and follow-up actions.

3) Preparing the Director General's contributions

  • Prepare materials needed for meetings, appointments, conferences, and other contributions by the Director General.
  • Prepare briefings, key messages, presentations, and preparatory files.
  • Gather and organize necessary information before contributions.
  • Prepare main summary points and follow-up actions after important meetings or contributions.

4) Reviewing documents submitted to the General Directorate

  • Conduct an initial review of memos, reports, presentations, letters, and other documents submitted for the Director General's approval.
  • Check their clarity, consistency, and completeness, and identify any points needing clarification.
  • Prepare a summary of key points to retain when necessary.
  • Contribute to improving the structure and presentation of documents.

5) Reporting, knowledge management, and dissemination

  • Prepare concise summaries and reports on monitored subjects.
  • Organize and classify useful documents and outputs for the General Directorate to facilitate access and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare documents or information to be shared following the Director General's meetings and contributions.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and traceability of files handled by the General Directorate.

Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in management, business administration, economics, political science, public policy, or equivalent.
  • Successful initial professional experience, ideally two (2) to three (3) years, in analysis, project management, consulting, or supporting a management team.
  • Experience in a public institution, a high-impact organization, a consulting firm, or a large organization would be an asset.
  • An interest in the education and human development sectors is desired.
