Monitoring and Programming Officer (H/F) - Rabat

Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing, and the management of horse betting in Morocco.

Through its mission, SOREC oversees horse racing societies, supports breeding programs as a partner of breeder associations, and ensures the improvement of national racing infrastructure.

In addition, SOREC is committed to a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and boosting the horse market.

SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 breeding stations, and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equine associations of the kingdom.

Job :

Reporting to the Monitoring and Programming Manager, your main mission will be to ensure the monitoring of the SOREC TV channel, propose and optimize the programming of races marketed by SOREC, guarantee the audiovisual quality of the content broadcast, and produce reliable reporting, while ensuring compliance with technical and editorial standards. As such, your main activities will be:

Monitoring of the SOREC TV channel

- Monitoring audiovisual streams;

- Management of technical incidents;

- Content compliance checks;

- Operational coordination.

Horse racing programming

- Development and definition of the racing program;

- Coordination with SOREC TV and international broadcasting operators;

- Coordination with international entities for the development of race offerings.

Programming optimization

- Operational monitoring of races and meetings;

- Analysis of race performance;

- Reporting and optimization recommendations.

Performance monitoring and reporting

- Production of dashboards;

- Reliability and accuracy of data;

- Periodic reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).

Monitoring management and continuous improvement

- Real-time monitoring of incidents and indicators;

- Incident reporting and qualification;

- Analysis of technical performance;

- Identification and monitoring of areas for improvement.

Required profile :

As a potential candidate:

You have a 2-3 year degree in Audiovisual, Multimedia, IT applied to Audiovisual, or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role.
