Job :

As a Production Manager, you will play a central and structuring role in the daily performance of our production units.

Your main mission

Manage, lead, and coordinate one or more teams of employees to optimize production results, while carefully ensuring quality, productivity, schedules, and strict adherence to hygiene, safety rules, and company values.

Reporting directly to the Head of Production Department, you will be involved in both close supervision, management of material flows, and analysis of indicators, in close collaboration with management and support services.

• Production Management, Planning & Monitoring
  • Establish the manufacturing schedule based on customer orders.
  • Supervise equipment setup and actively assist in the verification and reception phases of products.
  • Create stock movement forms (material and finished product entry and exit forms) and participate in periodic inventories.
• Performance, Reliability & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular activity reports for the Head of Production Department.
  • Analyze malfunctions or productivity deviations, and propose corrective action plans to make production tools more reliable.
  • Actively participate in the site's continuous improvement process and ensure compliance with the quality, safety, and environmental management system requirements.
• Operational Maintenance, Hygiene & Safety
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations throughout your area of responsibility.
  • Perform first-level maintenance and assist with machine maintenance or repair interventions.
• Team Management, Supervision & Discipline
  • Lead, monitor, and optimize your teams' staffing on a daily basis.
  • Supervise operators in the field, support them, and train them on work instructions and operating procedures.
  • Ensure a positive social climate by enforcing rules of good conduct, discipline, and company values.

Required profile :

Education

• Hold a Bac +3 degree or higher in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or equivalent.
• Additional training in industrial standards or QHSE management is a plus.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing an industrial production line, ideally in an electrical, electronic, or technical product assembly environment.

Technical Skills

• Mastery of quality requirements related to electrical products (traceability, testing, final inspection).
• Mastery of planning tools, flow monitoring (material input/output), and performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mastery of QHSE rules (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment) and finished product quality control processes.
