Job :

We are hiring a Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic company, active in several sectors and based in Tangier, to strengthen our team.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• French speaking and writing, level C1 minimum
• Natural ease on the phone 
• Experience in high-volume recruitment 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time without losing track or reactivity
• Ability to step back, identify what didn't work, and adjust
• Ability to work in a team and not just alone
   

Required profile :

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in human resources, business, or equivalent.
• First experience in recruitment, ideally for technical or engineering profiles.
• Good command of sourcing tools and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
