Salary: 6,000 DH net/month (non-negotiable) + Unlimited bonuses on placed permanent hires + Private health insurance

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with successful previous experience in recruitment.
Main tasks
Publish and update job offers on various recruitment channels.
Receive, sort, and analyze CVs and applications.
Conduct telephone pre-selections of candidates.
Schedule and conduct recruitment interviews.
Recruit profiles for temporary work and placement assignments.
Also handle the recruitment of permanent candidates for our clients.
Build, develop, and maintain a pool of candidates.
Ensure follow-up of applications and various recruitment needs.
Required profile :
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent field.
Previous recruitment experience is essential.
Excellent analytical, evaluation, and candidate selection skills.
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
Very good interpersonal skills, ease in conducting interviews, and good organizational skills.
Reactivity, rigor, and ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.
