As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for an International Transport Officer to manage and coordinate international transport operations. You will contribute to the smooth running of logistics flows by ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality requirements are met.

• Organize and coordinate international transport operations (road, sea, and air).
• Monitor shipments from pick-up to delivery.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Prepare and check the necessary documents for import/export operations.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international standards.
• Analyze transport costs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any incidents related to shipments.
• Report on activities and monitor performance indicators.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Transport, International Business, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in international transport, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and import/export operations.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in French; professional English is an asset.
• Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking, autonomy, and customer focus.
