Pyxel Aluminium designs and manufactures high-value-added aluminum solutions for ambitious architectural projects. In this context, we are looking for a Purchasing Officer capable of structuring and optimizing our purchasing process. Working with different departments of the company, you will contribute to overall performance by ensuring reliable and strategic supply, while respecting our requirements for competitiveness, quality, and responsiveness.

Your main tasks:

• Supplier Management: Identify, consult, evaluate, and select suppliers based on the company's needs and technical and quality requirements.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate prices, purchasing conditions, delivery times, and payment terms, while seeking the best commercial conditions.
• Order Management: Ensure follow-up of purchase orders, deliveries, and any supplier complaints, ensuring commitments are met.
• Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze the needs of different departments, particularly those related to production, and establish necessary consultations and specifications.
• Purchasing Optimization: Contribute to cost control and profitability improvement through the implementation of appropriate purchasing strategies.
• Supply Monitoring: Ensure the availability of raw materials, supplies, and consumables necessary for the smooth operation of the business.
• Performance Management: Update purchasing performance dashboards and indicators (KPIs) to ensure regular monitoring of the activity.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement actions to optimize purchasing processes, improve the quality of supplies, and reduce costs.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Purchasing, Logistics, or Management.

Professional Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Technical skills and professional qualities
• Good command of purchasing and commercial negotiation techniques.
• Knowledge of supply chain and supplier management processes.
• Proficiency in purchasing management tools, especially SAGE.
• Good command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Analytical, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders.
